The minimum nights stay is 5 nights based on
the self service concept. Please note that all prices are in New Zealand dollars and are
inclusive of VAT and are valid to 31 March 2003.
Rate for 5 Nights is NZ$1450.00 single / twin / triple occupancy.
Options
Additional nights at
NZ$290.00 per night.
Return airport transfers are NZ$25.00 pp.
Daily housekeeping service is
NZ$75.00 per
day.
Grocery starter pack is

Check in/out
Check in time is 12.00noon - Early check in facility, from
6.00am is NZ$65.00.
Check out time is 10.00am - Late check out facility to 6.00pm is NZ$65.00.
Deposit
A deposit of NZ$580.00 is required on making a reservation, an authorised valid credit
card is acceptable. No booking is gauranteed without a deposit. Balance of accommodation
charges is to be paid and received 7 days prior to arrival. All payments are to be
submitted to the Pacific Resort and Villas.
Cancellation Policy
Over 30 days - there is no fee.
30 to 15 days - 1 nights accommodation charge.
15 to 0 days - 2 nights accommodation charge.
No Show - 75% of accommodation charge.
